Step 1
Within 1 business day
Our team reviews your order and confirms it.
Step 2
Within 1–4 business days
You receive a proof. After your approval, production begins.
Step 3
Within 6–14 business days (depending on order size)
Your Order is ready for pickup at our facility or shipped to you.
Important Notes on Shipping & Inventory
- We hold a small inventory – most garments come directly from our suppliers. We usually run 1–2 shipments per week, or wait until our cart qualifies for free shipping (saves you and us money). It usually takes 3–5 days for us to receive garments from our suppliers, but can take up to 7–14 days, depending on which warehouse they are coming from and what the road conditions are like.
